unique designkind host
the room featured boucher shelves and a unique design. the host was kind and offered assistance with everything (i really appreciated that).

the location is excellent. many restaurants surround the hotel. the acropolis is about a 20 min walk. we also got a bottle of wine when we checked in. the hotel arranged a transfer for us during an unexpected situation.
the air conditioner did not work when we arrived. i complained about it five times. i was assured it would be fixed, but it wasn't. the air conditioner stopped working at 11 pm. nobody came to help us. humidity and heat made the conditions unbearable.

The hotel features a washing machine, convenient.
The noise level was a problem. The street below was quite loud late into the night. This made it difficult to sleep even with the windows closed, and I found it disruptive.
